Eurocopters charm Irish operators
Irish businessmen are taking to the air to get the most out of their working day. McAlpine helicopters, the EADS distributor in Ireland and the UK, reports rising demand for Eurocopter Helicopters.

Irish businessmen are taking to the air to get the most out of their working day. McAlpine helicopters, the EADS distributor in Ireland and the UK, reports rising demand for Eurocopter Helicopters.

A total of 18 Eurocopters are now operating in Ireland and the salesforce reports a dramatic increase in serious enquiries and a steady increase in orders. Six Colibri EC120Bs, four of the AS350B series, four EC135s and an AS355N Twin Squirrel are among those currently operating.

Ireland is enjoying a stable business cycle, low interest rates and a surge in coast-to-coast business and trade with the UK.

Businessmen with interests in the UK and the northeast and northwest coasts are looking for speed and efficiency, according to business analysts in Dublin.
