Wingspeed Corp, communications provider to aircraft fleet operators, has appointed David Borkowski as vice president of worldwide sales, responsible for the global sales of Wingspeed's XLLink voice and data communications system product line. He was most recently employed as director of sales and business development, the Americas, at Rockwell Collins.
