Citation and Learjet save time and money for Vasteras-based bed manufacturer
Swedish bed manufacturer Haestens Sangar AB has acquired a Citation ISP aircraft. It will operate the jet privately and it will be used to transport clients for sales purposes and to see their products being made.

Swedish bed manufacturer Haestens Sangar AB has acquired a Citation ISP aircraft. It will operate the

jet privately and it will be used to transport clients for sales purposes and to see their products being made.

"This is not the first aircraft that the company has owned," explained pilot Christian Johansson. "We previously operated a Piper Seneca aeroplane and a Robinson 44 helicopter, though we no longer have the Seneca.

"The Citation will allow us to provide a vip service to our customers and transport them in as short a time as possible. We chose the ISP because of its low purchase price and operating costs, and its high payload, range and speed."

Hastens has also acquired a Learjet 55 for similar use. The company's aircraft fly within northern Europe and Scandinavia, except for the helicopter which has a much shorter range. Each aircraft is expected to log approximately 300 hours per year.

Three pilots fly aircraft for the company, which is based in Vasteras, approximately 100 kms west of Stockholm.
