NetJets Europe has launched a dedicated operation in Scotland. The company chose to create the subsidiary, NetJets Scotland, in response to strong demand for fractional ownership services in

the region.

The company notes that in the past year it has undertaken almost 1,000 flights to and from Scotland, which it believes indicates a ‘clear demand’ for business jet services in the country.

“The development of this focused operation means we are not only making an investment and commitment in Scotland but we are expanding our services where there is real demand,” said director of business development Robert Dranitzke. “The full suite of NetJets Scotland product offerings makes private air travel – with its benefits of guaranteed availability, speed, privacy and security – more accessible than ever before.

“With a high concentration of big business, coupled with steadily increasing levels of private wealth and an extremely buoyant tourist market, Scotland is the ideal territory for NetJets to focus on continuing to grow its customer base.”

Prices start at £79,000 for 25 hours of flight time in a Citation Bravo.
