Jeppesen has received letters of acceptance from EASA and the FAA. The company was audited by the agencies and was deemed to comply with data integrity, verification and management processes.

Jeppesen states that it is the first aeronautical navigation database provider to receive such letters from two major aviation authorities. “Because of our global presence, we obtained letters of acceptance from both EASA and FAA. We feel this is a significant accomplishment,” said Sandy Stedman, vp of quality, standards and industry relations.
