Southampton-based Club 328 has appointed Craig Middleton as commercial manager. Most recently employed with Midwest Executive Aviation, which he co-founded in 2002, Middleton will spearhead
the company’s sales and marketing efforts.
“I will oversee the sales team; build relations with charter brokers and the local business community; and explore new business opportunities and partnerships,” he commented.
“The reason for leaving Midwest was that I felt I needed a new challenge, and joining a relatively young company like Club 328 was really what I was looking for. I can’t wait to help the company grow – I want to make us the best in the business.”
Commenting on the appointment, ceo Mike Farge said: “Craig will bring some fresh ideas and initiatives to Club 328, drawing on his considerable experience in running an FBO; he will be a valued asset to the team.”
Club 328 is due to add a new Dornier 328 turboprop to its fleet at the end of September. Two Premier 1s will join the fleet in October, followed by another two in November. Rounding off a year of impressive growth, the company aims to acquire two Dornier 328 jets in December.
