Bombardier Skyjet International has selected Dublin-based Mercury Aviation to exclusively represent its charter services in Ireland. As the official partner for the region, Mercury will provide customers with access to an international fleet of over 900 business jets and a 24 hour global reservation network.

Jet charter traffic in Ireland has risen by more than 50 per cent over the past 18 months, according to Skyjet International md Judith Moreton, as a result of increasing trade links between the country and the rest of Europe and the growing popularity of Ireland as a leisure destination.

Bombardier chose Mercury because of its ‘knowledge of business aviation needs in Ireland’.
