BBGA invites operators to seminars at BGAD
To all owners and operators. Please be advised that in response to numerous queries we are holding two sessions in the morning at BGAD to address concerns that have been expressed in regard to the paperwork required when visiting the continent, in particular France, with aircraft.

To all owners and operators. Please be advised that in response to numerous queries we are holding two sessions in the morning at BGAD to address concerns that have been expressed in regard to the paperwork required when visiting the continent, in particular France, with aircraft.

Martyn Fiddler of Martyn Fiddler Associates and BBGA has arranged for a representative from Customs to come along and give us a presentation and answer queries on the requirements when visiting other EU countries. Particular emphasis will be given to proof of VAT paid and what will satisfy officials that this has been done.

For the second session we are fortunate to have a senior representative from NATS coming along to convey their concerns regarding a recent rise in 'Level Busts'. This will take the form of a presentation on how to avoid them and what is being done to reduce them. It is of interest to all operators who operate in controlled airspace and in particular to those who operate out of the very busy skies in the South East of the UK.

After each session we will hold a Q & A period to take your questions and queries. Please come along and pose any concerns that you may have and we will deal with them either at the time or get back to you with answers soonest.

We look forward to seeing you at either one or both sessions.

John Batty, Head of Business Aviation, British Business and General Aviation Association
