Holland’s first official heliport began operations on August 3. Situated close to the centre of Amsterdam, the city’s centre can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

The terminal was built in 2005 and features a vip passenger lounge and administrative office space. It can accomodate helicopters up to the size of a Sikorsky S-76. Helicopters with an over-all length of more than 16 metres must request parking in advance.

There are two parking spots outside and, for a limited number of helicopters, indoor overnight parking is available (maximum height 4.5 metres). Jet A1 fuel is available at two dedicated refueling spots.
