Carey Bond has been appointed to the newly-created position of vp of corporate strategy for Sikorsky Aircraft. Prior to joining the company, he was employed as head of Bell Helicopter’s worldwide customer support and service organisation.

A licensed helicopter and fixed-wing pilot, and helicopter technician, Bond has more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry.

Said a spokesman: “His diverse and extensive background make him well suited to lead Sikorsky’s newly formed corporate strategy and advanced programmes function.”
