Online marketing provider CharterX recently teamed up with SeaGil Software to announce the introduction of a data exporter feature on the BART air charter scheduling software. This latest tool enables air charter operators to update their fleet availability to the CharterX Industry XChange, and gain access to the Industry XChange online database.

CharterX recently released Trip Board, a new online service designed to connect buyers and sellers to efficiently fulfil trip requests. Charter operators can view the board’s listings and submit quotes to buyers who have posted trip requests.

SeaGil has also joined forces with Sweden-based firm Avinode to update the air charter booking system that it operates. According to Seagil product specialist Ash Evans, brokers will be able to gain instant information about an aircraft and find temporarily positioned aircraft and empty legs.
