Raytheon offers upgraded models
Raytheon has upgraded two of its aircraft, the Hawker 800XPi and the Beechcraft Premier 1A. The company has improved the Hawker with the addition of Rockwell Collins’ Pro Line 21 avionics suite, a new interior and cabin management system.

Raytheon has upgraded two of its aircraft, the Hawker 800XPi and the Beechcraft Premier 1A. The company has improved the Hawker with the addition of Rockwell Collins’ Pro Line 21 avionics suite, a new interior and cabin management system.

From mid-2005, it will also include a Rockwell Collins integrated flight information system and Pro Line 21 CNS as a standard feature. Hawker customers will also be offered a range of options including 3D flight management system mapping, paperless cockpit and real-time graphical cockpit weather.

Other features include a redesigned baggage area, LCD screens and a ‘maintenance-friendly’ cabin.

The Premier 1 also boasts a

redesigned interior and systems improvements, including an improved hydraulic braking system, three-display cockpit and a digital

DME system.
