Sales boosts for versatile ACJ
Airbus won sales for six ACJs in the first quarter of 2005, bringing the number of orders and commitments to more than 40 aircraft. Hoping to highlight the aircraft’s versatility and popularity within Europe, the company displayed three ACJs at this year’s EBACE show. Aero Services Executive exhibited its 29-passenger aircraft; DaimlerChrysler Aviation flew its 48-seat corporate shuttle model to the show; and National Air Services, which operates two ACJs, brought a 44-seat version.
