By the end of the first quarter of this year, the worldwide fleet of 101 Gulfstream G200s had logged more than 100,000 flight hours and completed more than 64,100 takeoffs and landings.
“By achieving this milestone just five years after entering service, the G200 has proven to be a robust, high performance and reliable aircraft,” said Pres Henne, senior vp, programmes, engineering and testing.
According to Gulfstream, the G200, which can reach speeds of up to
Mach 0.85 and climb to 45,000 feet, has a dispatch reliability rate of 99.3 per cent.
