G5 Executive has appointed John Curry as coo, effective from June. Joining the management team, he will work alongside ceo Peter Fried, flight operations director Markus Schacher, maintenance director Klaus Uellendahl and chief pilot Urs Gisel.

Curry has 10 years of experience as an aircraft broker and as a regular customer of G5 Executive. Said Peter Fried: “I am delighted to welcome John to the G5 family.\r

and he fits perfectly into the team. It will also give me more flexibility

in doing what I know best – flying

and networking.”

The company states that the existing owned and operated fleet of Gulfstream G550, GV and Embraer Legacy aircraft will expand in the coming year to accommodate the increasing demand for ultra long range flights.

G5 will also evaluate other

sectors of business aviation for possible expansion.
