Cessna Caravan celebrates twentieth anniversary
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Caravan, Cessna is embarking on a worldwide demonstration tour. “We expect this demonstration tour to be beneficial to our customers because it gives them an opportunity to see and fly the Caravan from their local airport where less capable aircraft are often unable to operate,” said John Doman, Cessna’s vp of worldwide propeller aircraft sales.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Caravan, Cessna is embarking on a worldwide demonstration tour.

“We expect this demonstration tour to be beneficial to our customers because it gives them an opportunity to see and fly the Caravan from their local airport where less capable aircraft are often unable to operate,” said John Doman, Cessna’s vp of worldwide propeller aircraft sales.\r“In addition, it lets prospective customers experience the Caravan's newest features, such as the plush and spacious Oasis interior.”

The aircraft has already made appearances in Europe, including a visit at Aero Friedrichshafen in Germany in April, and will be displayed at this year’s EBACE exhibition. Since its introduction in 1985, more than 1,500 Caravans have entered service.
