Gulfstream Aerospace has appointed Nicholas Lappos as vice president of government programmes. He will be responsible for all business jet aircraft programmes for the government, from the bid through to the delivery. Lappos has had a long career in aviation especially concentrating on research and development. He spent 32 years with Sikorsky Aircraft, trained the flight crews of several heads of state, and has written various technical papers and articles.
