“We wanted to be closer to our customers and offer them support from a more central location,

cutting down the flying times,” commented md Michael Laux.

“We are now ideally located in the middle of Europe.”

Atlas is also enjoying a healthy sales book, with orders for three Citation XLS, four CJ2s, a Sovereign and a Bravo to German and EU customers. “They are in the gun, so to speak, and will be delivered this year.\rThey are all factory new aircraft.”

Laux states that the Excel, CJ1

and CJ2 are the most popular aircraft in Germany at the moment. “They are ideal for the German and European markets,” he said. “In terms of range, cost and landing distance, they are perfect.”
