MCA targets broader market at Shoreham
Since taking over Jade Air in November, MCA Aviation states that its turnover has increased by 23 per cent. The Shoreham-based company now offers overhauls for all propeller types, performing non-destructive testing, cold rolling and shot peening. The propeller department now refurbishes 30 propellers per month.

"The ambition was to create a facility that conscientiously supports the GA maintenance industry," said md Malcolm Craft. "We also employ

a number of graduates from Shoreham’s Northbrook Engineering College to work with our highly experienced technicians."

The company’s hangar has regular visits from Beechcraft King Airs, as MCA holds EASA part 145 and FAA repair station approvals.
