Wings Air Helicopters has been selected to support VIP transportation services for Resorts World through a helicopter programme connecting New York City and the Catskills.
Initially launched as a seasonal summer service and recently extended, the programme sees Wings Air Helicopters operate chartered helicopter flights between Resorts World New York City, near JFK Airport, and Resorts World Catskills. The service is designed to reduce travel times while offering aerial views of the New York metropolitan area and Hudson Valley.
Operating from heliports in the New York area, the programme utilises Wings Air’s fleet of Airbus AS350 and AS355 helicopters. Travel time is approximately 45 minutes. The service is available to Resorts World guests seeking premium transportation between the company’s flagship properties.
Meghan Taylor, senior vice president, government affairs and public relations, Genting Americas, the parent company of Resorts World, says: “Connecting Resorts World New York City and Resorts World Catskills by air gives our guests a fast, effortless way to experience both properties in a single trip.”
Anna Macsai, general manager of Wings Air Helicopters, adds: “This partnership reflects the growing demand for efficient, high-end travel solutions and demonstrates how helicopter transportation can seamlessly connect major destinations while delivering an unforgettable guest experience.”
With nearly 25 years of operational experience as an FAA-certified air carrier, Wings Air Helicopters specialises in executive transportation, luxury travel and customised aviation solutions throughout the US Northeast and south Florida.
