Air Charter Service has picked up the Aviation Customer Focus Achievement Award at the Aviation Industry Awards UK, held in a gala ceremony at the Park Plaza London Riverbank hotel.

Jessie Howes, director of luxury travel at ACS, who accepted the award on the night, says: “We are delighted to have won this award, highlighting the importance we put on customer service, which has been our core differentiator since the company was founded more than 35 years ago. To be recognised in this way by the judges just further confirms what we are doing truly is in our clients' best interests, benefiting them and their whole charter experience from start to finish.

Air Charter Service is a global aircraft charter broker with 43 offices worldwide, spanning all six major continents, offering private jet, commercial airliner and cargo aircraft charters, as well as onboard courier solutions. It arranges over 35,000 flights annually, with revenue of more than one billion dollars for the past six years. It was formed in 1990 by Chris and Tina Leach in the basement of their house, and it now employs more than 800 staff worldwide.
