Zich to oversee Euro Jet ops across 17 countries
Working with country managers across 17 countries, Ondrej Zich focuses on alignment, quality and supporting consistent service standards throughout the network.
Zich will work with 14 country managers across the network.

Euro Jet has appointed Ondrej Zich as regional general manager for Central and Eastern Europe, overseeing organisational operations across 17 countries and working closely with the company's network of country managers.

Based between Euro Jet's Prague headquarters and its regional teams, Zich will work with 14 country managers across a territory stretching from the Baltic States to Albania. He will also coordinate with the company's ground service coordinator in Jordan.

Zich brings aviation experience gained through a variety of operational roles at Prague Airport, where he developed a broad understanding of airport operations, aircraft handling and passenger services. His background working with international teams and sharing best practices across borders also supports the collaborative nature of the position.

A key priority will be maintaining consistent service standards across a region where operational requirements, cultures and working practices vary from country to country.

“In my first year, I would like to pay close attention to alignment and quality,” says Ondrej Zich, regional general manager for Central and Eastern Europe at Euro Jet. “Looking further ahead, my long-term vision is sustainable growth. With clear processes and strong regional teams, we will be in a good position to capture new market opportunities and strengthen our relationships with key vendors. For me, long-term success means that Euro Jet is not only growing commercially, but that the teams across our network are stable, resilient and proud to be part of what we are building together.”
