Spectrum Aeromed has expanded its engineering and project management teams with the appointments of Grant Ramage and Paul Sayler as demand for air medical interior projects continues to increase.
Ramage joins the company as project manager, overseeing coordination across engineering, production and support functions whilst ensuring projects meet FAA and EASA requirements.
He previously held a leadership position at Northrop Grumman, where he led mission analysis teams and supported customers on operational requirements and delivery timelines. Spectrum Aeromed says his experience in technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration will strengthen project execution capabilities across the business.
Sayler joins the company full-time as an engineer after more than a year supporting Spectrum Aeromed as a contract engineer. He will continue contributing to design, analysis and product development work across multiple aircraft platforms.
The company says his background in engineering analysis, aircraft installations and product design, combined with his familiarity with internal processes, supports a smooth transition into the role.
“As we continue to see increased demand for our air medical solutions, strengthening both our engineering and project management capabilities is critical to supporting our customers and delivering projects efficiently,” says Shannon Schell, president of Spectrum Aeromed. “Grant and Paul both bring strong technical backgrounds and a collaborative mindset that aligns well with our team.”
