ExecuJet celebrates 20 years operating in Germany
The company’s long-term investment in Berlin and Munich has established a dual-hub presence, with continued upgrades and safety accreditations reinforcing its position in the country.
IS-BAH Stage II accreditation was achieved in Berlin in 2024 and in Munich in 2025.

ExecuJet is marking 20 years of operations in Germany with a presence at AERO Friedrichshafen 2026, highlighting a long-running build-out across the country’s core business aviation centres.

Since opening its first German FBO at Berlin Schönefeld in 2006, the operator has developed a dual-hub footprint spanning Berlin and Munich, now anchored at Berlin Brandenburg Airport and Munich International Airport. These locations form key nodes within ExecuJet’s wider European network.

Expansion in Berlin began early, with a redesigned FBO opening in 2008, followed by selection in 2010 to operate the airport’s general aviation terminal. The Munich entry in 2016, through the acquisition of the city’s largest business aviation FBO, established a second strategic base.

Both sites have since undergone further growth, including additional facility takeovers in 2020, alongside the achievement of internationally recognised IS-BAH accreditations. More recent developments include the reopening of the refurbished Berlin general aviation terminal in 2023 and Stage II IS-BAH accreditations in Berlin in 2024 and Munich in 2025.

Patrick Hansen, CEO of Luxaviation Group, of which ExecuJet is a part, says: “Germany is one of the most dynamic and mature markets in European business aviation. Over the past 20 years, ExecuJet Germany has built a strong reputation for reliability, safety and service excellence. This milestone reflects both the dedication of our teams and our long-term commitment to delivering best-in-class services in this key market.”

Ronny Stechert, managing director ExecuJet Germany, adds: “Our teams in Berlin and Munich consistently deliver outstanding performance, including during high-traffic events and complex operations. This anniversary is a tribute to their expertise and dedication, as well as to the trust our customers place in us. We remain focused on further enhancing our services and supporting the evolving needs of business aviation in Germany.”
