Stegemann looks forward to shaping DC's direction.

LBA, the German civil aviation authority, has recognised Andreas Stegemann as the new accountable manager of DC Aviation. Headquartered at Stuttgart airport, the company is a leading provider of comprehensive, 360-degree services for business aircraft.

As accountable manager, Stegemann is responsible for ensuring compliance with all aviation-related requirements and the safety of the company’s flight operations. Stegemann succeeds Stuart Burrows, who will retire on 1 May.

Andreas Stegemann has many years of experience in the aviation industry. Since joining DC Aviation in 2012, he has built extensive expertise in flight operations and safety through various leadership roles, most recently as vice president of ground operations. His strategic expertise and dedication will be key to further strengthening and expanding DC Aviation’s high safety and quality standards.

“I am looking forward to this new role and to shaping the company's future together with Marc Ambrosius and Svenja Wortmann on the executive team, as well as our highly qualified and dedicated employees,” says Stegemann.

Marc Ambrosius, managing director of DC Aviation, adds: “With Andreas Stegemann, we are gaining an extremely experienced and respected leader for this key position. His extensive expertise and deep understanding of the demands of business aviation, as well as DC Aviation's commitment to quality, make him the ideal candidate. We are confident that he will provide crucial impetus for the further development of our company.”
