Jet Air takes over Revv Iowa and Illinois facilities
Following the acquisition, Jet Air now employs more than 130 team members and operates six full-service FBOs and five aircraft maintenance facilities, all located within roughly 100 square miles.
The Muscatine Municipal airport and Davenport Municipal airport facilities will serve as FBOs while the Quad City International Airport facility in Moline will be operated exclusively for maintenance.

Jet Air has acquired Revv Aviation's operations in Davenport, Iowa; Muscatine, Iowa; and Moline, Illinois. This addition expands Jet Air's presence across eastern Iowa and western Illinois and strengthens its ability to deliver comprehensive aviation services.

Founded in 1969, Jet Air is a full-service aviation company with a global reach from its Midwestern US bases. The company provides FAA Part 135 charter and air medical flights, FBO services, FAA Part 145 maintenance services, aircraft management, aircraft sales and flight training. The Muscatine Municipal airport and Davenport Municipal airport facilities will serve as FBOs while the Quad City International Airport facility in Moline will be operated exclusively for maintenance.

Following the acquisition, Jet Air now employs more than 130 team members and operates six full-service FBOs and five aircraft maintenance facilities, all located within roughly 100 square miles.

“Our concentrated presence allows us to collaborate across facilities, share expertise and offer capabilities that are not typically available in rural markets,” says Phillip Wolford, president of Jet Air.

Jet Air now also owns, operates, or manages 20 turbine aircraft, primarily Cessna Citation and Beechcraft King Air models, in addition to a large fleet of training aircraft.

Jet Air would like to thank the Revv Aviation team for the opportunity to complete this acquisition and for its collaboration throughout the process. This transaction would not have been possible without the support of the current and new staff, airports and communities involved.
