Skyrise Aviation Group has formally established SkyConnect Leasing, the group’s dedicated operational leasing subsidiary. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, SkyConnect will begin active leasing operations for the 2026 fire season, giving operators, public agencies and government institutions direct access to mission-ready helicopters through flexible leasing structures.
SkyConnect Leasing is the commercial arm through which Skyrise brings its fleet and solutions to market. The company is structured to connect the right assets, operators and mission-critical clients in a single functional ecosystem, delivering speed, flexibility and solutions built around how operators actually work.
Patrick Moulay, CEO and co-founder of SkyConnect Leasing, says: “The real challenge in helicopter leasing is bridging the gap between finding the right assets, the specific operational solutions and the clients who need them. Europe’s fire seasons are getting longer and more intense every year. Operators cannot wait three years for procurement cycles to close that gap. SkyConnect is the structure we have built to move faster. From April this year, our fleet will be ready to deploy into our customer operations.”
The helicopter leasing market has historically operated in silos, with operators and agencies unable to access the right aircraft, on the right terms, at the right time. SkyConnect is designed to bridge that gap. Drawing on Skyrise Aviation Group’s established fleet, partner network and financing relationships, the company brings ready-to-deploy capacity to market quickly, backed by a full ecosystem covering aircraft readiness, training and sustainment.
The launch of SkyConnect Leasing marks the transition of Skyrise Aviation Group from a development and acquisition phase into active market operations, positioning the company to support operators planning deployment capacity for the upcoming fire season and beyond.
