Saxon Air increases rotary fleet as 14 aircraft target approaches
Five helicopters have joined since December 2025, with additional aircraft scheduled to enter the UK AOC in the coming months.
The latest addition to the fleet is a factory-new AW109SP (G-ISPM).

Saxon Air has increased its rotary fleet to 12 aircraft after five managed helicopters joined since December 2025. A further three are expected to enter the AOC by April 2026, taking the company's total to 14.

The latest addition, a factory-new AW109SP (G-ISPM), underlines Saxon's focus on modern twin-engine VIP platforms. Its expanding portfolio includes the Leonardo AW109S, AW109 Trekker, AW109SP, AW119Kx and Airbus H125, creating one of the newest and most diverse rotary fleets in the UK market.

Locations and crew across Denham, Elstree, Oxford, Redhill and Norwich enable flexible basing for the helicopters within 10 minutes’ flight time of London, supporting high-frequency charter demand in the UK’s core market.

“The recent introduction of the AW109S, alongside brand new AW109SPs and Trekkers, further strengthens what will be the newest and most diverse fleet in the UK,” says Miles Riches, new head of rotary sales at Saxon Air. “Combined with our single-engine Airbus H125s, which plug a clear gap in the market, this gives us a unique and highly flexible offering to our charter customers.”
