Minchow has the know-how to progress Duncan completions
Mason Minchow brings a hands-on understanding of Duncan Aviation's completions process, having spent the past several years as an apprentice working directly alongside designers, project managers and technicians.
Minchow is revered for his transparency.

Duncan Aviation has expanded its completions and modifications service sales team with the addition of Mason Minchow, strengthening its support for Gulfstream operators seeking transparent quotes, informed guidance and seamless paint and interior refurbishment experiences.

Minchow brings a unique, hands-on understanding of Duncan Aviation's completions process, having spent the past several years as an apprentice working directly alongside designers, project managers and skilled technicians in interior completions, the cabinet shop and upholstery. This cross-department experience allows him to provide customers with realistic timelines, accurate labour assessments and clear expectations from the earliest planning stages.

“Customers benefit when their sales representative understands not just what's possible, but how the work is actually accomplished,” says Minchow. “Because I've worked within the shops and alongside the teams performing the work, I can help customers make informed decisions with confidence.”

After joining the completions and modifications service sales team in March 2025, Minchow transitioned earlier this year into the role of sales representative. He now supports Gulfstream operators by providing detailed quotes and serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for paint and interior refurbishment projects.

Since 2021, Minchow has worked as an apprentice. Apprentice roles are important to Duncan Aviation's succession planning with the goal of providing customers with the most continuous and consistent experiences possible. In order to retain experience and information, Apprentices spend time working a variety of roles in shops, departments and offices to learn from the teams and team members who have been working together for many years.

Minchow's background gives customers greater transparency into Duncan Aviation's quoting process, quality standards and best practices, helping reduce uncertainty and ensuring projects align with customer priorities. He has learned how labour needs are assessed and gained an appreciation for the depth and accuracy involved in the company's quoting process.

“Over the past five years, I've been grateful for the opportunity to develop my knowledge of our operations by serving in key business departments, shops and offices,” Minchow adds. “Now, I turn that focus to supporting our customers and representing the Duncan Aviation brand that is recognised worldwide.

“I'm excited to support our customers and represent a brand known worldwide for quality and integrity. My goal is to make every interaction straightforward, informative and valuable for the customer.”
