Elevate Jet launches AI booking app at 30-year milestone
The US charter operator has introduced a proprietary AI platform delivering instant pricing, aircraft matching and operational transparency.
Ruby, Elevate’s AI agent, analyses operational constraints to match each trip with the right aircraft.

Elevate Jet has launched a new AI-powered app as it marks 30 years in private aviation. The US aircraft management and charter operator says the platform combines three decades of operational expertise with artificial intelligence to modernise the booking process.

Powered by a proprietary AI agent named Ruby, the app delivers instant pricing across six aircraft categories and matches trips based on range, availability, fuel, crew limits and airport constraints. Users can compare aircraft and confirm bookings within seconds.

The company says pricing is presented upfront without membership barriers or credit commitments, removing traditional reliance on calls and manual coordination.

Greg Raiff, chief executive officer of Elevate Jet, says: “The Elevate Jet app changes everything. In seconds, clients can see pricing, select the right aircraft and book with confidence.”

The app also integrates Elevate Jet’s 300-point internal flight checklist and proprietary flight grading system to scale its operational standards digitally.
