Jetex invests in Azzera to advance sustainability
An agreement, signed at Dubai Airshow 2025, supports wider SAF use, enhances automation tools and brings real-time offsetting and fuel data to the charter sales processes.
Adel Mardini, CEO of Jetex, and Puja Mahajan, CEO of Azzera, formalised their strategic partnership at the Dubai Airshow 2025.

Jetex has invested in Azzera, a digital carbon-management platform for aviation. The partnership was signed during the Dubai Airshow 2025 and will support Azzera’s ongoing product development, international expansion and delivery of offsetting tools to Jetex clients.

Jetex will also become a sustainability partner and will start offering sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) for its global customer base in early 2026. This will be the first time Jetex integrates SAF into its operations.

In addition, Jetex will act as lead partner for Azzera’s SAF Productivity Operations and Delivery (SAF POD) platform, which aims to reduce administrative barriers to SAF use. Aircraft operators using Azzera’s Celeste platform will be able to manage SAF sourcing, tracking and emissions certification more efficiently.

Further integration includes embedding Azzera’s FlyBeyond API into Jetex’s charter sales process, enabling real-time SAF and offsetting quotes during flight planning. The tool is designed to make sustainability visible and accessible at the point of sale.

“The investment from and collaboration with Jetex demonstrates our shared vision of a future where sustainability is seamlessly embedded in every flight,” says Azzera CEO Puja Mahajan.

Jetex CEO Adel Mardini adds, “We have chosen to partner with Azzera in advancing responsible aviation practices.”

Azzera says the investment closes its $800,000 capital raise and will support further development of its compliance and offsetting technologies.
