FL3XX’s aviation management platform has processed more than $1 billion in operator revenue over the past 18 months, as automated workflows increasingly shape business aviation operations.
Data from more than 158,400 flights and 393,800 passengers between June 2024 and November 2025 illustrates the scale of activity on the platform. During the same period, operators coordinated more than 219,400 ground handling services through FL3XX.
Accommodation, catering, transportation and airport slot arrangements account for more than 24% of all services managed through the system. The distribution reflects a wider industry move toward integrated platforms capable of supporting end-to-end trip logistics.
“Automation is now fundamental to managing complex aviation operations efficiently,” says Paolo Sommariva, CEO at FL3XX. “We've received reports of aircraft availability rising by up to 25% and scheduling time reducing by 30% after digital adoption. With real-time information and coordinated tasks, teams can react faster and scale safely as demand increases.”
“This shift also supports steadier revenue performance at a time of tighter margins and rising customer expectations,” adds Sommariva. “Many operators are moving away from legacy systems and adopting integrated digital processes to stay competitive.”
North America continues to drive the digital transition with implementation accelerating across the region. Over the past year FL3XX has doubled its US team and onboarded 225 aircraft in the region since January 2025.
“We're seeing strong demand from US operators modernising their workflows,” adds Sommariva. “Those investing in integrated digital processes are better positioned to strengthen resilience and profitability as the industry faces increasing operational complexity. Digitalisation goes beyond convenience becoming what many consider the backbone of business aviation operations.”
