Fargo Jet Center (FJC) has appointed Lynlee Espeseth as its new director of marketing. In this role, Espeseth will lead marketing strategy, brand development and integrated communications across the company’s family of businesses, including Premier Jet Center, Exclusive Aircraft Sales, Weather Modification International, SPEC Inc. and ICE Crystal Engineering.
Headquartered at Hector International airport in Fargo, North Dakota, FJC and its subsidiary Premier Jet Center (PJC) at Flying Cloud airport in Minneapolis, Minnesota, are full-service FBOs offering refuelling and ground support, maintenance, avionics and special mission completions, aircraft charter and management, and upholstery and paint services. FJC also offers flight training and has U.S. Customs on-site, while PJC serves as the base for the company’s aircraft sales division, Exclusive Aircraft Sales.
Weather Modification International, along with sister companies SPEC Incorporated and ICE Crystal Engineering, provides atmospheric research, weather forecasting and cloud modification programmes.
Espeseth brings over a decade of in-house and agency experience in industries ranging from government and healthcare to tourism and philanthropy. Her expertise includes the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, strategic planning, project management and team leadership, most recently with Agency MABU, where she served as director of client services. A native of North Dakota, she has held marketing leadership roles in both Colorado and North Dakota.
In her new role, Espeseth will develop cross-company initiatives in brand strategy, media relations, digital content, creative development, event management and partnership engagement. Her leadership will support FJC’s long-term growth objectives and enhance communication across its aviation, engineering and atmospheric science divisions.
“Lynlee brings a powerful combination of strategic insight, creative energy and proven leadership to our organisation. Her ability to connect big-picture vision with actionable marketing execution will elevate every division within the Fargo Jet Center family,” says Darren Hall, vice president of business development, Fargo Jet Center. “We're excited to welcome her to the aviation industry and confident she will make an immediate and lasting impact.”
