The partnership will provide MedAire360 solutions across Valo Aviation’s expanding fleet, supporting high standards of safety and care for VIP clients.

Valo Aviation has partnered with MedAire to integrate its MedAire360 platform across its Gulfstream and Dassault Falcon fleet. Based in Bahrain, Valo is the country’s only luxury business aviation operator. The move ensures 24/7 access to remote medical and security assistance for both passengers and crew.

“Luxury aviation is defined not only by the aircraft we operate, but by the uncompromising standards of care and security we provide,” says Hanna Hakamo, CEO of Valo Aviation. “Partnering with MedAire enables us to offer our clients the peace of mind that comes from knowing they have access to the world’s leading aviation medical and security expertise, available 24/7, wherever their journey takes them. This partnership reflects our commitment to setting new benchmarks for business aviation in the region.”

MedAire360 provides AI-powered security and medical intelligence, drawing on over 1.3 billion open-source data points. It offers airport risk ratings, airspace risk by altitude, real-time alerts and access to emergency doctors and nurses during flight. Through the MedAire Portal and Aviation App, Valo Aviation crews will gain vital in-flight and pre-flight insights to support operational excellence.
