Skyservice Business Aviation has completed its redeveloped hangar complex at California's Napa County Airport. The 60,000 square-foot facility, built on a 15-acre parcel and finished within one year, marks the culmination of a multi-year redevelopment effort that began with Skyservice’s initial entry into California in 2022.

The company first announced its expansion into the U.S. west coast in December 2022, outlining plans for a full-service FBO and hangar in Napa to deliver the same high standards found across its North American network. Temporary operations began in May 2023 while construction continued on the permanent complex, allowing Skyservice to begin serving customers with core amenities including private lounges, concierge support and aircraft handling.

“The opening of our Napa facility reflects Skyservice’s deep commitment to the local community and to the future of business aviation in the region,” says Benjamin Murray, president and chief executive officer of Skyservice. “As part of our award-winning network of best-in-class FBOs, Napa delivers the elevated standard of service excellence our clients expect at every Skyservice location. We’re honoured to support the growth and modernisation of Napa County Airport and contribute to the region’s continued economic development.”

Designed to reflect the refined character of Napa Valley, the FBO offers a quiet luxury experience with a private lounge, bespoke concierge service and, once complete, a rooftop restaurant overlooking the runway. The hangar includes 28-foot doors to accommodate large-cabin business jets and additional ramp space for mid-size aircraft, blending practicality with sophistication. Every feature was planned to capture the elegance and hospitality of Napa’s wine country culture.

An open house event will be held in January 2026 to welcome community members, clients, tenants and local officials to tour the completed facility. The redevelopment reinforces Skyservice’s commitment to safety, innovation and service excellence while advancing the continued modernisation of Napa County Airport.
