Corridor deploys AI Operations Manager with ACI Jet and West Star Aviation
CAMP Systems' predictive maintenance platform has been deployed by ACI Jet and West Star Aviation, demonstrating efficiency gains across service centre operations and MRO performance.

CAMP Systems’ predictive maintenance platform had been deployed by ACI Jet and West Star Aviation, demonstrating measurable efficiency gains across service centre operations and MRO performance.

Corridor, a CAMP Systems product line, has extended deployment of its AI Operations Manager following a successful pilot with ACI Jet. The San Luis Obispo-based MRO joins West Star Aviation in validating the solution, which applies predictive intelligence to modernise maintenance planning and execution.

The platform enables service centres to improve accuracy, reduce unscheduled repairs and optimise labour and materials. Early adopters have seen sales cycles accelerate by up to ten per cent, unpaid work fall by half and overall maintenance efficiency improve by as much as twenty per cent.

ACI Jet’s senior vice president of aircraft maintenance David Jensen says: “This technology is already creating measurable impact across our operations. By anticipating labour and parts needs, reducing variability and improving turnaround times, AI Operations Manager helps us operate more efficiently while continuing to provide exceptional service to our customers.”

Peter Velikin, general manager of CAMP Enterprise Information Systems, adds: “Automation and AI are redefining aviation maintenance. By unlocking the value of data, AI Operations Manager enhances quality, consistency and turnaround speed while enabling service centres and MROs to deliver more reliable outcomes and increase asset utilisation for their customers.”

CAMP says the expansion strengthens its data-driven offerings, helping operators adopt a more predictive, strategic approach to maintenance.
