MedAire boosts safety with crisis solution and upgraded medical kit
The company has partnered with GoCrisis to deliver crisis readiness training and unveiled a redesigned Advanced Aviation Medical Kit at NBAA-BACE 2025.

MedAire has expanded its safety and security solutions for business aviation with the introduction of Contingency360 and the debut of its updated Advanced Aviation Medical Kit (AAMK).

Contingency360 was developed in partnership with GoCrisis to help operators prepare for and manage crises such as irregular operations, medical emergencies and security incidents. The programme offers real-time situational awareness, bespoke emergency response plans, crisis simulations, crew training and family assistance. Clients also have 24/7 access to MedAire’s medical, security and operational experts for global coordination.

“The risk profile in aviation has evolved significantly,” says MedAire CEO Bill Dolny. “It’s no longer just about preparing for conventional aviation disasters. Today’s operators face cyber incidents, reputational challenges and operational disruptions. Contingency360 addresses this reality by ensuring our partners have the right foundations in place before they need them with boots on the ground expertise that can act as an extension of their team.”

GoCrisis CEO and founder Elmarie Marais adds: “We are humanitarian first and foremost. When you take care of affected people with that mindset, you automatically protect your brand and do the right thing. We chose each other as partners because of our shared philosophies. MedAire lives every day to make a difference, and that aligns perfectly with our humanitarian-first approach.”

MedAire also unveiled its redesigned AAMK at NBAA-BACE 2025. The updated kit improves accessibility and efficiency during in-flight medical events, with three clearly labelled bags—First Response, Bandages and Medication—and alphabetical organisation for rapid access.

“The AAMK reflects our ongoing commitment to listening to our customers and equipping crews with the most effective tools possible to safeguard passengers and operations,” Dolny says.

Together, the Contingency360 programme and the enhanced AAMK reinforce MedAire’s mission to support aviation safety and operational continuity worldwide.
