Comlux expands in Indianapolis with hangars and workforce
Strong demand across aircraft platforms has driven the company's decision to add new hangars, expand production facilities and boost staffing at Indianapolis International Airport.
The Indianapolis expansion will add eight new narrowbody bays by the end of 2026.

Comlux America has announced an expansion of its operations and workforce to support a record order backlog and expected growth over the coming years.

Driven by demand across multiple platforms, its backlog comprises 28 aircraft, including six A220s for Magnifica Air, four ACJ TwoTwentys, 15 A321neos and three A320neos.

To accommodate the workload, Comlux America has partnered with the Indianapolis Airport Authority to expand its hangar capacity at Indianapolis International Airport. Two new hangars will be added by Q1 2026, providing four narrowbody bays, with a further four bays to follow by the end of 2026.

These projects will boost Comlux’s capacity to handle more VIP completions and MRO work. The company is also growing its employee base, increasing its workforce by 20% in 2025 with a further 20% planned in 2026.

Its production centre has doubled its workforce in 2025 and expanded from 12,000 sq. ft. to over 26,000 sq. ft.

“The strength of our backlog and the expansion of our facilities and capabilities are central to Comlux's next phase of growth,” says Adam White, CEO at Comlux America. “It's also a key factor in bringing new investors on board. Their confidence reflects the resilience and scalability of our business model as we continue to serve a global client base.”

Mike Speedy, Secretary of Business Affairs for the State of Indiana, says: “Indiana is proud to support Comlux America as it continues to expand its footprint and highly skilled workforce in Indianapolis. Its investment underscores our state's leadership in advanced aviation, which further strengthens its partnership with global aviation industry.”
