ACTSI expands Subic Bay hangar to meet rising MRO demand
The 7,000-square-metre facility was built in collaboration with PrimeBMD and Colliers and will be completed by May 2026 to serve Asia Pacific operators.
The expansion forms Phase 2 of ACTSI’s long-term growth strategy in Subic Bay.

Aviation Concepts Technical Services Incorporated (ACTSI) has broken ground on a 7,000-square-metre hangar expansion at Subic Bay International Airport in the Philippines.

The event brought together Atty. Von F. Rodriguez, chief of staff to Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) chairman Eduardo Alino, and Atty. Kristoff Roman, SBMA deputy administrator of port operations, along with project partners Justin Devantier, CEO of PrimeBMD, and Richard Raymundo, managing director of Colliers Philippines, and ACTSI’s executive leadership.

Developed with PrimeBMD and Colliers, the new facility was designed to meet international aviation maintenance standards and support growing demand for business aviation MRO services across Asia Pacific.

“This investment strengthens ACTSI's vision of being a leading independent MRO provider in the Asia Pacific, dedicated to providing aircraft owners and operators with consistent and reliable maintenance and parking services,” says TJ Trinidad, president of ACTSI. “The new hangar reflects Phase 2 of our long-term strategy to significantly increase ACTSI's capacity to serve our growing clientele.”

Completion is expected by May 2026, supporting Subic’s continued role as a hub for business aviation and reinforcing the Philippines’ position in regional aviation.
