Hatley and Dean strengthen the Salus leadership team
Salus Aviation has appointed Pete Hatley as Queenstown base manager and Natasha Dean as head of MRO sales, expanding leadership capacity across operations in New Zealand and beyond.
Hatley brings nearly 20 years of Salus Aviation experience to his new leadership position.

Salus Aviation, a rotary and fixed-wing support specialist with a presence in New Zealand, the USA and South Africa, has made two senior appointments to bolster its leadership team.

Long-time team member Pete Hatley has been appointed as base manager in Queenstown, New Zealand. Having spent nearly 20 years in leadership and operational roles across the company, and with a foundation built in the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF), Hatley brings deep technical and leadership expertise to the position. His proven record in operational excellence and team leadership has strengthened both Salus Aviation’s workforce and its overall performance.

In addition, the company has named Natasha Dean as head of MRO sales. With over 18 years of international aviation experience, Dean has led high-performing teams, negotiated complex contracts and delivered consistent results across competitive markets. Her leadership is expected to strengthen relationships with partners and support the continued delivery of top-tier MRO solutions.

These appointments underscore Salus Aviation’s focus on operational growth, customer satisfaction and global service excellence.
