China’s Sino Jet has successfully acquired its 30th overseas-registered business jet, bringing its managed fleet to nearly 50 aircraft, with overseas registrations accounting for 65 per cent. The addition of the Bombardier Global 7500, registered in the Cayman Islands, marks another step in the company’s global expansion.
Further strengthening its long-range capabilities, Sino Jet has officially incorporated the Gulfstream G650ER into its charter fleet. Recognised globally as a benchmark for ultra long-range business jets, the aircraft will be based in Asia, expanding long-distance travel options for private jet clients and particularly meeting the needs of intercontinental business travel.
Safety remains a cornerstone of Sino Jet’s operations. The company has held the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) Stage III certification since 2018, becoming the first business jet company in mainland China to achieve this distinction. Sino Jet operates under dual certificates from the Civil Aviation Administration of China and the Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands.
The company has also secured 19 operating and maintenance certificates from the FAA, EASA, and civil aviation authorities in the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Aruba and other regions. It has expanded its global service network, with bases in more than ten Chinese cities and major international hubs in Singapore, Dubai, Japan, Europe and the Americas, supporting a 24/7 response across three continents and six time zones.
