Duncan Aviation has promoted Trent Zwiers to interior manager at its MRO facility in Provo, Utah.
Zwiers, who joined Duncan Aviation in 2015, has held several leadership roles in customer service, production management and project leadership. He relocated to Provo to serve as project manager, where he focused on efficiency and cross-department collaboration to deliver timely results for customers.
“I am truly honoured to step into this role and am excited for the opportunity to contribute, grow and drive positive impact alongside the team,” says Zwiers. “I will utilise my diverse experience in customer service and production management to ensure we are efficiently delivering the industry's highest quality products to our customers. I am deeply grateful to my current and previous leaders for their guidance and support, which has prepared me for this next chapter.”
As interior manager, he will streamline processes, reduce turn times and ensure interior projects meet Duncan Aviation’s standards of quality, working closely with the sales team and project managers.
“When I moved to our Utah facility as a project manager, I knew that I would be able to use a lot of my strengths to help drive project success and hold a high expectation for quality,” he explains. “And now as the interior manager I'll be able to drive results from a more direct leadership perspective.”
Phil Suglia, vice president of modifications and completions, comments: “His track record of driving performance, developing talent and fostering a positive team culture makes him a perfect fit to lead our Provo Interior team.”
