ACE 2026 - The home of global charter.
The bimonthly news publication for aviation professionals.
Jet Access has launched the Jet Access Broker Alliance, a revolutionary platform built on advanced technology, operational infrastructure and a growing fleet of aircraft. This initiative is designed to empower experienced independent private charter brokers by providing them with the resources, reputation and scale of a nationally recognised charter operator, while still allowing them to run their brand and business independently.
As one of the largest and most trusted private aviation companies with nearly 400 employees in the United States, Jet Access identified a growing need among independent private charter brokers for scalable support, cutting-edge technology and a robust infrastructure. In response, the company has developed Broker Alliance, a first-of-its-kind platform tailored specifically for private charter brokers seeking growth without the burden of building and managing their own back-end operations.
This innovative tech and operations platform leverages Jet Access's proven infrastructure and is being further enhanced to integrate AI into an already strong tech stack. While similar models have transformed industries such as real estate, insurance and financial services, Jet Access is now bringing this powerful approach to aviation, delivering the full capabilities of a major charter operator to independent private charter brokers nationwide. Brokers will retain 70-90 per cent of their commissions, significantly higher than the industry average.
“Independent charter brokers often face challenges scaling their businesses due to high infrastructure costs and a lack of fleet or brand recognition,” says Darryn Mackenzie, executive vice president of Broker Alliance. “The Jet Access Broker Alliance changes that. We provide brokers with the tools, technology and support they need to grow, while freeing up their time in this demanding, 24/7 industry. Our goal is to enable brokers to focus on what they do best, selling and building relationships, rather than being weighed down by operational complexities.”
With decades of aviation excellence, 30 private jets under management, eight FBOs across key US markets and four full-service MRO facilities, Jet Access continues to lead the industry. The launch of Broker Alliance marks the addition of a sixth strategic vertical to its aviation portfolio, further solidifying its position as an industry leader.
Broker Alliance allows brokers to join as independent contractors while gaining access to: Jet Access' national fleet of aircraft; strategically located FBOs and private terminals; maintenance and operational support; health, dental and vision benefits; the latest technology and 24/7 live team support; accounting, billing, tax collection and client reporting; and CRM, marketing and branding resources.
“This model has proven highly successful in industries like real estate, insurance and financial services,” states Quinn Ricker, CEO of Jet Access. “But we're not just launching a platform, we're building a network of growth-minded, experienced charter brokers who share our values and our vision for a relationship-driven future in private aviation. Additionally, we believe there is power in numbers when brokers come together to maximise their collective spend in the market.”
Even prior to its official launch, the Broker Alliance has already signed a select group of brokers, underscoring strong market demand for this innovative and transformative platform.
