FL3XX, the global aviation management platform, has expanded its leadership team with three senior hires to support its growth as operators across Europe and North America accelerate their shift to digital platforms.
The new appointments include Andrew Iles as partnerships manager, Mike Paul as marketing manager and Joe Gettman as account manager for North America.
Iles, who joined in August to support FL3XX’s integration strategy and partner relationships, brings operational knowledge across business jet, helicopter, MRO and air ambulance sectors. Paul, based in Valencia, adds nearly two decades of SaaS marketing leadership across Europe and North America. Gettman, based in Florida, has more than 15 years in aviation SaaS customer success, with a focus on strengthening operator support in the US market.
FL3XX co-founder and CEO Paolo Sommariva says: “These hires come at an important time for the industry. We are onboarding, on average, 65 new aircraft every month; operators are facing increasing pressure to run smarter, more efficient businesses, and they are turning to digital platforms like FL3XX to stay competitive. By expanding our team, we can deliver the innovation and support that provides real value for our customers, particularly in regions of high demand such as the US.”
Andrew Iles, partnerships manager, FL3XX, says: “Joining FL3XX has already shown me the scale of opportunity in front of us. Operators want platforms that work seamlessly with the tools they already rely on, and by deepening our partnerships and integrations, we can give customers the confidence of a single, connected ecosystem that reduces complexity and keeps pace with evolving operational demands.”
The expansion reflects FL3XX’s investment in industry expertise and direct customer support. The company supports more than 200 operators across six continents, underscoring the industry’s demand for digital solutions that improve efficiency, connectivity and resilience.
