Aviation Safety Solutions launches FAA Part 5 safety audit
The two-day audit was designed to ensure operators were fully prepared before declarations of compliance and fulfilled internal audit requirements under Part 5.

Aviation Safety Solutions has begun offering an FAA Part 5 safety management system (SMS) audit for operators seeking assurance in meeting compliance standards.

The two-day audit evaluates all components of an FAA Part 5 SMS. It may be completed on-site or remotely and results in a certificate of conformance for successful operators.

The programme helps ensure readiness before submission of FAA declarations and verifies continued adherence to Part 5 regulations. It also meets the FAA’s regulatory requirement for internal SMS audits.

“As a leading expert in FAA Part 5 SMS, we have helped numerous operators achieve compliance through the FAA's voluntary SMS programme well before formal rulemaking,” says Amanda Ferraro, CEO of Aviation Safety Solutions. “This audit gives operators the assurance that their SMS is compliant, effective and ready to meet today's regulatory and operational demands.”
