PASL acquires JMI to expand maintenance network
The acquisition adds JMI’s London Oxford and Biggin Hill sites to PASL's portfolio, enhancing jet maintenance capabilities across the UK and Europe.
JMI operates from an 18,000sq. ft. hangar at Oxford, with specialisms including engine and airframe maintenance, structural repairs and avionics upgrades.

Pula Aviation Services Limited (PASL) has expanded its portfolio of aviation businesses with the acquisition of UK-based maintenance provider JMI-Jet Maintenance International Limited (JMI). The move strengthens PASL’s aircraft maintenance capabilities by adding JMI’s established base at London Oxford airport and its line station at Biggin Hill to the group’s existing network.

Founded in 2018, JMI is a fully independent MRO provider offering base maintenance, line support and AOG services to aircraft owners and operators across the UK and Europe. The company operates from an 18,000sq. ft. hangar at Oxford and specialises in engine and airframe maintenance, structural repairs, avionics upgrades, interior modifications and aircraft painting support.

“This acquisition aligns with our group strategy to expand core capabilities across the aviation support services,” says PASL CEO Steve Page. “JMI complements our existing aircraft maintenance offering at ASG, our parts supply business Airpart and our special missions aircraft operations. It also broadens our maintenance approvals, particularly across the Textron jet series and Dassault Falcon aircraft, unlocking further opportunities for growth across the group.”

JMI founder Ed Griffith will remain in place as MD, supported by the company’s management team and the wider PASL group.

“Joining PASL marks an exciting new chapter for JMI,” comments Griffith. “With the backing of a well-established aviation group, we gain access to greater resources, investment and operational expertise. This partnership strengthens our ability to grow, expand our service offering and continue delivering the exceptional maintenance support our clients rely on.”

JMI joins PASL’s group of operating companies, which includes ASG, Airpart, Centreline and Pula Aircraft Sales.
