Seair Seaplanes, a leading amphibious Cessna Caravan operator serving coastal British Columbia, has appointed Jared Williams as its new president and CEO, effective from July 2025. Williams succeeds Peter Clarke, who will continue as founder, board member and strategic advisor.

With over 15 years of leadership experience in private aviation and airlines, Williams has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and customer-centric growth. He most recently served as COO with Canadian fractional operator AirSprint Private Aviation, where he led initiatives enhancing service quality, safety and operational efficiency. His strategic vision and commitment to team empowerment align with Seair‘s dedication to connecting communities and delivering exceptional travel experiences across British Columbia’s coastline.

“Jared’s leadership expertise and passion for innovation make him the ideal choice to lead Seair Seaplanes into its next chapter,” says Terry Holland, managing partner at Krystal Growth Partners, Seair’s investment partner. “We are confident that under his guidance, Seair will continue to strengthen its reputation as a trusted name in coastal air transportation.”

Williams joins Seair following Krystal Growth Partners’ acquisition of the company in January 2025. He will oversee operations across Seair’s three bases in Richmond, Vancouver Harbour and Nanaimo, focusing on expanding scheduled routes, scenic tours and charter services.

“I am honoured to join Seair Seaplanes and lead a team dedicated to connecting people and communities across British Columbia’s stunning coastal regions,” comments Williams. “I look forward to building on Seair’s strong foundation, driving innovation and delivering unparalleled experiences for our passengers.”
