Omni Taxi Aereo has taken delivery of two Airbus H145D3 helicopters through a partnership with Rotortrade and Milestone Aviation. The aircraft were delivered in early 2025 and are scheduled to begin offshore operations in Salvador, Brazil for Petrobras from July.

The H145D3 is known for its advanced avionics, mission versatility and low operating costs, making it a strong fit for offshore transport and other vertical mobility missions.

“This transaction reflects our continued commitment to offering tailored, high-quality solutions to operators in South America,” says Gabriel Durif, Rotortrade’s sales manager for South America. “From negotiations to customisation and final delivery, our focus was on responsiveness, transparency and seamless execution, principles that define our approach.”

Omni CEO Paulo Couto adds: “We are delighted to add a new aircraft model to our fleet and expand our service offerings, reinforcing our commitment to tailored solutions to our clients. The H145 light twin helicopter is a safe, reliable and efficient aircraft designed to meet our customers' operational requirements for offshore passenger transport while having the mission versatility to efficiently deliver on mobility needs in adjacent sectors like Revo.”

The agreement involved a multi-party approach between Omni, Milestone and Rotortrade to align negotiation, inspection, customisation and delivery.
