Nimbl launches mobile app with risk and manual tools
Operators have gained the ability to carry out assessments, upload documents and access key safety information through the app version of Nimbl’s platform.

Nimbl has launched a mobile app for iOS and Android that allows operators to manage risk and documentation on the go. The app enables users to conduct risk assessments, upload files, view manuals, contact Nimbl experts, and keep up with updates via Sky Briefs.

After logging in, users can select their departure and arrival airports and receive automatic weather-related risk scores. Other risks can be added and mitigated instantly using the same features as the desktop version.

CEO Mark Baier says: “This is a game-changer for the industry. Giving operators the ability to perform risk assessments anywhere makes it easier to adopt the system and ultimately helps crews stay safe and come home to their families after each flight.”

New clients can also use the Projects page to track documentation progress, request edits, and provide approvals. The Questionnaire tab allows them to answer questions and upload images or documents directly from their devices.

All files, including manuals and letters of authorisation, can be viewed in the Docs tab. Nimbl is also working to bring more desktop tools into the app to enhance convenience and flight safety further.

Baier adds: “We are very excited to offer operators an even more convenient way to stay up to date and safe. As we roll the Nimbl app out to our subscribers, we are confident that this step to making manuals and safety management easier will result in safer more efficient flight operations.”
