Execaire integrates MedAire tech across flight operations
The aviation app interface and real-time tracking have enabled stronger risk management and enhanced situational awareness for both flight and ground teams.
Execaire president Michael Fedele says safety and operational precision remain central to the company’s decision to integrate real-time risk tools.

Execaire Aviation has worked with MedAire to integrate the company's medical and security assistance technology into its flight operations. The collaboration brings MedAire’s advanced aviation app into direct interface with Execaire’s proprietary Fly Execaire platform.

The resulting solution combines real-time aircraft tracking and dynamic risk assessment with centralised insights into medical and security threats along routes and at destinations.

Execaire president Michael Fedele says: “At Execaire Aviation, safety, situational awareness and operational precision are central to everything we do. Our partnership with MedAire represents a significant step forward in how we protect and empower our crews and passengers leveraging real-time intelligence and seamless integration into our flight operations. By combining Execaire Aviation's operational excellence with MedAire's global expertise, we are reinforcing our commitment to delivering a higher standard of service and safety in every flight.”

MedAire CEO Bill Dolny adds: “Safety is our guiding principle and our collaboration with Execaire Aviation exemplifies how technology and data can enhance our ability to deliver vital medical and aviation security intelligence. By integrating real-time insights into Execaire Aviation's operations we're empowering its teams to make informed decisions that prioritise the safety and well-being of every passenger and crew member. This partnership underscores our dedication to delivering expert-driven solutions that redefine safety standards in aviation.”

The integration is being showcased during a panel at this week’s CBAA Convention & Exhibition in Richmond, British Columbia, titled “Enhancing Safety, Service & Efficiency through Technology and Expertise”. Participants include Dolny, MedAire’s director of security, aviation and maritime John Cauthen, Fedele, and Execaire Aviation director of flight operations Patrick O’Brien.
